• No payment is required at this point. The order will be processed to your account, and payment will be made in accordance with MHI’s agreed payment terms.

If you are an MHI customer but do not have a credit limit, please follow the procedure below:

• Use the drawing and diagram number on the left side to choose the required parts.
• Use your MHI account details and purchase order number.
• MHI will send you a proforma invoice.
• Make payment using the method outlined on the proforma invoice or choose a payment method provided on this site.

If you are an MHI Service Agent, please follow the procedure below to order parts.

• Use the drawing and diagram number on the left side to choose the required parts.
• Use your MHI account details and purchase order number.
• No payment is required for parts ordered for a warranty job, and MHI will issue a credit note once the warranty job has been completed.
• If the parts ordered are not for a warranty job, please make payment in accordance with MHI’s agreed payment terms.

If you are not an MHI customer or are an end user, you are only able to order filters and remote controls.

• If the order is accepted by MHI, payment will be required before the order is released.
