AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES AIR-CONDITIONERS

PARTS SELECTION RESPONSIBILITY
Please ensure that the selected parts are correct before purchasing. If we have assisted with the selection, this assistance is provided based on the information supplied by you. We are not the technician on site and cannot accept responsibility for confirming the suitability of the selected parts.

Quoted prices are valid for 30 days.

Returned Parts – If returned part/s have been opened, they are considered used parts, are not fit for resale, and will not be accepted for return. Unopened parts will be inspected and, if found to be in good condition and fit for resale, a credit less handling charges will be organised. Faulty part claims will only be accepted in accordance with MHIAA’s Spare Parts Warranty and Return Procedure.
