Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Air-conditioners Australia (MHIAA) only supplies spare parts to air-conditioning industry professionals.

If you are an MHIAA customer and have not yet registered for an online account, please register by clicking the ‘Register’ button. Then follow the procedure below to order parts.

  • Use the drawing and diagram number on the left side to choose the required parts.
  • Use your MHIAA account details and purchase order number.
  • Upload your official purchase order document at checkout.
  • No payment is required at this point. The order will be processed to your account, and payment will be made in accordance with MHIAA’s agreed payment terms.

If you are an MHIAA customer but do not have a credit limit, please follow the procedure below:

  • Use the drawing and diagram number on the left side to choose the required parts.
  • Use your MHIAA account details and purchase order number.
  • Upload your official purchase order document at checkout.
  • MHIAA will send you a proforma invoice.
  • Make payment using the method outlined on the proforma invoice or choose a payment method provided on this site.

If you are an MHIAA Service Agent, please follow the procedure below to order parts.

  • Use the drawing and diagram number on the left side to choose the required parts.
  • Use your MHIAA account details and purchase order number.
  • Upload your official purchase order document at checkout.
  • No payment is required for parts ordered for a warranty job, and MHIAA will issue a credit note once the warranty job has been completed.
  • If the parts ordered are not for a warranty job, please make payment in accordance with MHIAA’s agreed payment terms.

If you are not an MHIAA customer or are an end user, you are only able to order filters and remote controls.

  • Please click Contact, then fill in the contact form and our team will reach out to you shortly.
  • If the order is accepted by MHIAA, payment will be required before the order is released.
  • Make payment after clicking the checkout button.

If you are not an MHIAA customer or are an end user and need to order parts other than filters and remote controls, please order through the MRE warehouse by calling 02 9600 7444 or emailing info@mrespareparts.com.au.
